Rose Lune is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes hand-picked by our son Louis until late in the evening under the “moonlight”.
This rosé is beautifully colored, with floral and ripe red fruit notes. Slowly fermented at low temperature and aged on lees, it has good volume on the palate. A slight sparkle adds freshness and liveliness.
Serve chilled.
